Advocacy is a cornerstone of our protection strategies, one of our core mandates. We protect the children and adults with special needs in great distress. We use information dissemination, monitoring, negotiation and we try to transform policies, attitudes and services on local and regional level.
There is a national platform, Disabnet, which we facilitated together with a few similar organizations in the country and use concerning our policies. We work with political, economic and social structures that directly affect the rights and quality lives of people with special needs. We help children have their rights and get regular education, make people’s homes accessible, build accessible facilities in the town and organize activities to raise awareness on a daily basis.
